Design

Our goal is to help our clients in minimizing design errors, illustrating design intent clearly, and moving into fabrication sooner. We do this through our expertise and experience in design support through our various CAD/CAM tools.

All of our designers are highly experienced in metal fabrication. When you hire us to do your design and drafting our staff doesn’t just draw up your product with no knowledge of how it will be built. Before beginning, our designers run themselves through the entire fabrication process to try and identify any design or function issues that may surface. If any issues arise at this point, our team will sit down and consult with you on what we think is the best solution before the project ever hits the production floor.

Fabricate

We take pride in our products and make every effort to produce strong and durable welds according to AWS D1.1, AWS D1.6, and AWS D1.2.
Our fabricators aren’t just trained to put down a good weld. While welding is one of the most important elements of sheet metal fabrication, it’s not the only thing that matters. Our fabricators take pride in their work and build every project with great attention to detail. They’re not just good welders, they’re experienced builders.

Equipment

We understand the importance of precision, which is why we use top quality AMADA machinery to manufacture high quality end results.
Not all fabrication shops are the same, one thing that sets us apart is our in-house parts department. By having our parts manufactured in-house, we are able to ensure that the quality of every aspect of our projects are up to our standards, even down to the smallest piece.
It allows us smaller lead times, broadens our capacity, creates a seamless transition into our sheet metal fabrication department, and lessens the margin of error that comes into play by bringing in third-party parts.

Deburring & Surface Finishing

Deburring is the process of smoothing the rough edges of your project. Whenever a piece of metal is cut or drilled, it creates a number of small, sharp burrs that can snag things that come in contact with it. To eliminate this defect, we shave off any remaining burrs, leaving a clean and smooth product. We also offer a variety of surface finishes that include: In-line Sanding, Graining, Orbital Sanding, and Alodining.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is an environmentally friendly method of painting that requires no solvents and generates little or no hazardous material wastes. The end result is an attractive finish that is harder and more durable than conventional paint.
While we have a variety of stock colors available, we can also have custom colors made to your specifications. Federal standard color matching is also available.

The final step before your project goes into delivery prep, is assembly. Completely assembling a project before shipping it ensures that everything is exactly how it should be and allows for your project to be ready for application right off the truck.
